Team Lab & Recruiter
A scouting terminal for all 184 clubs across 10 leagues — the Big-5 plus the Eredivisie, Liga Portugal, the Scottish Premiership, the Belgian Pro League and the Championship: six style axes, model strength, a squad rated player-by-player, and a best-fit shortlist for every weak role. Arsenal field the league's meanest defence yet grade weak at the back — the reason is the whole point of this page.
The club
Squads are the players over 900 minutes this season — everything below is measured on them.

Playing-style fingerprint
Style axes · 0–100 percentile vs all Big-5 clubs
Attack & defence are Dixon–Coles xG-blend coefficients: higher attack scores more; lower (more negative) defence concedes less. Elo is the live power rating.
| Axis | Club | Lg avg |
|---|
1 Attacking, creation, possession and progression axes are built from squad player percentiles. Defending is different: squad defensive-action volume is possession-suppressed (a dominant side rarely defends), so this axis is the pooled percentile of the Dixon–Coles defence coefficient — fewer expected goals conceded = higher score.
The squad
Each qualifying player carries a Statz Rating (0–100) and an archetype. The rating reads him at the role he plays — absolute output benchmarks blended with peer role-quality on one cross-position scale, where ~57 is a median top-flight starter in the player's own pool and the low-90s are world-class. Role & type coverage
Two readouts of the same squad. Role coverage asks whether every position is manned at a good level; type coverage asks whether the squad owns every style of player. A side can fill all seven position groups yet lack a whole archetype family — a genuine stylistic blind spot.
By role · best rating per position group
A role is flagged weak when its best Statz Rating falls below 60 (the vertical line), or a gap when no qualifying player covers it at all.
By type · archetype families present
How many qualifying players fall in each of the eight archetype families. A family with none is a stylistic blind spot; with just one, thin cover. Bars scale to the squad's fullest family.
Recruiter
For every weak role, the best-fitting players elsewhere in the club's own pool of leagues. Fit (0–100) = 0.6 × the candidate's Statz Rating + 0.4 × style match to this club — quality and stylistic alignment only. There is no transfer, contract or market data here: this is who would raise the level and suit the system, not who is available or affordable. Click a card for the scouting profile.

Where the selected club sits among its league rivals — by playing style, or by model strength. The chosen club is highlighted and labelled.

2 Candidate shortlists rank by fit within a role and are drawn only from players who themselves qualify (≥ 900 min) at clubs other than the one selected. A profile fetches its full percentile detail on demand for any player in the scouting sample (every qualifier in the club's own pool); otherwise the card shows the headline rating and fit alone.
